About the Organ

In the summer of 2004 the  "Concert Street Organ" made it's debut. This instrument has the unique "Raffin" sound quite different from the familiar carousel organs and fairgrounds organs. This is a "one of a kind" organ primarily intended for rental and not part of the normal product line.  A similar instrument can be built by special order. Please inquire about price if you are interested.

The Pipes
A similar pipe inventory to the 31-note trumpet organs with the addition of a second rank of violins for increased volume.
Total Pipes 115

The Accordions
Two functional automatic playing accordions add to the unique sound and versatility.

Music
The music is stored in digital form and all the tunes in the extensive Raffin 31-note catalog are available. The different pipe ranks and the accordions are switched in and out automatically to add variety to the performance.

The Decoration:
Four pairs of hand carved "dancing" figures and hand painted scenes from the town of  Überlingen decorate the facade.
